Blanco Restaurant and Bar is the venue opened in September 2009 by Chef-owners Scott Mason and Brendon Vallejo who hail from the likes of Wockpool, Restaurant 41, Omega and most recently Bistro Moncur.

The Mediterranean-inspired menu features fun and tasty renditions of classics complimented by an exciting cocktail and wine list.

Blanco is situated in the heart of Kings Cross on the ground floor of the recently finished quirky modernist Durbach Block Building with it’s crackled surface of gloss and matte tiles.
